We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a check or purchase confirmation.
To begin your return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your message. Goods sent to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Some types of items are non-refundable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personal items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product. NUnfortunately, we do not accept returns from sales or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return, as well as whether or not a refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish your refund.
